Restorative Massage
Relaxation massage is a type of full body massage that focuses on long, smooth, rhythmic strokes with light to medium pressure. It's a good choice for someone who is getting a massage for the first time, or someone who just wants to bring their stress level down. Gentle massage stimulates the body's natural feel-good chemicals that create a sense of well-being. Sessions are offered in 30, 60, or 90 minutes .
Prices are 40 $ for the half-hour, 70 $ for the hour, and 110 $ for the hour and a half
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep-tissue massage is a specific type of massage therapy that concentrates on the deeper layers of muscle and fascia in the body. Deep tissue is more of a spot treatment for specific musculoskeletal issues and is also a more focused type of massage. The goal of the session is to relieve chronic muscle tension and reduce pain. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes.
Prices are 10 $ more than the restorative massage due to the intensity of the work
Reiki
Kari Pincin is a reiki master/teacher in the Usui system of energy healing. Reiki is non manipulative, meaning that it is not a massage. Instead, reiki focuses on bringing the body into a state of relaxation, through the rebalancing of the body's energetic system. Reiki is a good treatment option for individuals seeking profound relaxation, grounding (feeling balanced in the mind, body and spirit), or for individuals who may not be candidates for other forms of bodywork such as those who may be currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments. Sessions are typically 60 minutes as a stand alone service although Reiki may be incorporated into a massage session at the client's request.
Session price is 70 $ for an hour.
Chair Massage
Chair massage includes techniques that provide fully-clothed seated massage and bodywork to clients, generally in a corporate or business setting. Seated massage is excellent for corporate events, employee appreciation, or private functions. Massages typically are performed in 5 to 15 minute increments.
